ARDMAIR BAY HOUSE WAS DESIGNED AND BUILT
AS A PURPOSE~BUILT LUXURY RETREAT.
The owners Alistair and Alison Mackenzie, had a vision that the
house would provide many of the luxuries of a modern hotel, with the
relaxed, comfortable and informal atmosphere of a holiday home.
Featuring a top specification of 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms,
the house can accommodate a total of 6 adults or a large family,
and is decorated in a contemporary style, complimented by
modern finishings and designer detailing.
THE GROUND FLOOR
The ground floor features a large lounge area with wood burning stove,
a fully equipped modern kitchen, tv / games room, utility room, bedroom
and wet room / bathroom.

THE UPPER FLOOR
The upper floor features 2 large bedrooms ~ complimented by en suite bathrooms.
An impressive master bedroom ~ with views over the bay and beyond ~ allows
you to take in an incomparable vista from the best balcony in the Highlands
(in our guests’ opinion). Or, if you prefer, why not relax and treat yourself
to a nice hot bath in our luxurious bathroom. The choice is yours.

The house has also been built with the environment in mind, and particular
emphasis has been given to the insulation materials used during construction.
We have incorporated a heat recovery system that takes full advantage
of our wood burning stove, providing energy efficient circulation
to the house in the summer and winter.
